A highly experienced expeditions and multiple world record holder (including Fastest Man-powered Crossing of Greenland), Ivar (Norwegian) has numerous trips to almost uncharted areas of Antarctica to his name (including Queen Maud Land).

His racing career started (formally) with the Dakar rally in 2005, where he coincidentally met Quin for the first time. In 2006, then teamed up with Quin, he achieved an incredible 16th over finish and has since gone on to win rounds of the World Cup for Cross Country rallies (2007).

Ivar has achieved success in many areas, including business, skiing, expeditions and now driving. His infectious enthusiasm often pushes team-mates to achieve more than they ever thought possible.

Ivar is a talented skier and enjoys boating, keeping fit and climbing.

Racing since he was 17 years old, as both driver and navigator, Quin (UK) has achieved considerable success along with his brothers Dan and Adam. Having driven to 3rd Overall in the 1997 Hillrally Championship (UK) and competed on Motorcycles in International events, in recent years he has concentrated on his Professional Navigating, for Ivar and a number of other high profile drivers and manufacturers (Bowler, Nissan) consistently running within the top ten on International and National events, including a win the second round of the 2007 world championship with Ivar.

Quin enjoys snowboarding, running, motorcycles and speaks a number of languages.

Krzysztof Holowczyc won the Polish Rally Championship in 1995, 1996, 1999 and the European Rally Championship in 1997.

He is now a Member of the European Parliament for the Civic Platform since December 2007. He sits in the EPP-ED group.

For his sporting achievements he has received the Polish Silver Cross of Merit in 2000 and the Gold Cross of Merit in 2005.

2009 is Marc's 7th Dakar Rally. He has completed 2 by bike, 2 by truck and this is his 3rd year in a car.
